Returns & Refunds:
* We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused and in original packaging.
* Once approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Non-Refundable Items:
* Sale items, personalised products, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
* We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 3 days of receipt.
